A mini-central bank for Rural & Community Banks
The Bank’s legacy institutional record describes ARB Apex Bank as a “mini”-central bank for Ghana’s Rural & Community Banks (RCBs). It was registered as a public limited liability company in January 2000, with the RCBs as shareholders, and was granted a banking licence in June 2001.
